Step-by-step

1. Log in to Lexoffice.
2. Open this link to create your API key: app.lexoffice.de/addons/public-api
3. Click Create API-Key.
4. Select Key with all rights (recommended).
5. Click next and enter ToolMark as the key description.
6. Check the ToS and click Create API-Key.
7. Copy the API key, enter it in ToolMark and click Save.
8. Finally, set the TAX option in our dashboard. This is for people who need a specific TAX status for their transactions, as Lexoffice itself does not set the correct TAX status. Select the option you need and click Save.

As an optional setting, you can specify whether your invoice should be generated as a draft or finalized immediately. You can also decide whether the invoice number should be included in the invoice - either in the invoice title or as free text in the invoice item.
