How to connect ToolMark with DreamRobot for automated invoicing, shipping and more.

Step-by-step
1. Create a portal
- Go to Admin > Portal Accounts.
- Enter the account name ToolMark and click Erstellen.
2. Activate the API for your portal
Write an email to DreamRobot customer support to activate the API for your ToolMark portal, then wait for the reply with your API credentials.
3. Get the Portal Account ID
- Go to Admin > Portal Accounts (on the left).
- Click App Center, then Hinzufügen.
- Click Amazon.
- You'll see a 7-10 digit number in your URL - that is your Portal Account ID. (You can close that window afterwards; Amazon isn't needed.)
4. Find your maximum request limit
Go to Admin and scroll down to DR REST API Zugänge (marked with a blue question mark). Under Tarif, the number in parentheses is the daily number of requests included in your plan.
5. Connect ToolMark with DreamRobot
- Log in to ToolMark - app.toolmark.io.
- Go to the DreamRobot section and enter the details you gathered.
- Click Save.
6. Set the TAX option
In our dashboard you can set the TAX option for your transactions, as DreamRobot does not set the correct TAX status automatically. Select the option you need and click Save.
DreamRobot works with API packages you have to book, e.g. 500 transactions per day. This matters because our system has a fallback: if you reach, say, 503 sales in a day, 3 transactions would not be imported by DreamRobot because their limit was reached. Our system saves those transactions and imports them the next day once the limit resets. Please enter the maximum request limit correctly so you don't lose any data.
